Cannot find fallout 3 code

    I preordered fallout 4 last month and they sent me the free fallout 3 code but haven't been able to use it. Now I can't find the code in my messages or anywhere else for that matter. Help. Thanks.

    I insert the code of Fallout 3, find in the xbox one Fallout bundle, many time but i cannot redeem the code.

    We preordered Fallout 4, which offered a free download of Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360. We cannot find our code for downloading Fallout 3. Can we get a new code or have it resent?

    If you don't, hate to say it, but you may be at a loss..

    I would try posting to the rewards forums.. If you can get the code, call support. The tricky thing is, the codes are hard for them to work with.. I hope you get your download.. Good luck man!
