    Cannot find dashboard preview message


    Had a friend send me an invite for dashboard preview on xBox One and it doesn't show in my messages. Afraid I may have inadvertently deleted it. How do I get another? When I try to go to the group it says group not found.

    Cannot find dashboard preview message

    Hi there,

    There is a potential backlog of messages to be sent out, but this doesn't mean that you will definitely be accepted into the preview program. You will now need to wait for a support staff member to manually grant you access to the preview support forums.

    Message on home page that does not exist

    My problem was solved by the recent dashboard update. The hidden message was a video message sent by someone that was part of the dashboard preview. I was not part of the preview and could not access the message until now.

    This is because someone who is running a " Preview Dashboard ", has sent you a message with a embedded video/activity, that your current dashboard does not have as of yet. Once they release the preview dashboard ( which has been a mess ), these invisible
    messages will show up in your message feed. It is just that your dashboard doesn't have the ability to utilize it yet, so its invisible.
