    I have made the following purchase, but I cannot find any reward points in the MyMission page, please help. Thanks.

    Jul 16 - HKD$195

    Aug 26 - HKD$135

    I have made purchase on May 2 and May 26 with amount HK$195 and HK$187, but I cannot find any reward points in the MyMission page, please advise. Thanks.

    not getting any points

    so this is my second post as i cannot find my old post and i dont know why i dont get any email notifactions but i did multiple missions and the

    Pre-order the hottest games, get 15,000 Rewards Credits one and i still didn't get any points. I have mostly every new game on my account. and still no rewards, no points.

    Hi arthur leung. Payback for your qualifying July purchase has been awarded. You can see that on your MyStatement listed as MyVIP Credits. Your August and September purchases went towards your FREEdom Rewards offer. You needed to spend $233 on qualifying
    items within that month to complete the offer to be awarded.

    Wrong added points

    I would guess that the 220 was from rewards. And I read an article online that says their has been a glitch going around adding free points to accounts. Cannot 100% confirm that since I cannot find the article anymore.
