Cannot find a Teredo IP

Thanks for replying and updating us. Sorry to hear about the situation continuing. I'm sure its really frustrating for you. Based on your statement that there are other consoles in the residence that are using the same connection, its possible that your
network hardware may not allow for multiple consoles, other than the initial two, to have access to the network securely, hence the Teredo message in your network status. Our Ambassador has very eloquently explained the importance of the Teredo tunneling as
well. Also, since the multiplayer test indicated that your network was not set up, that means that its not even recognizing that your device is on a network ( I'm assuming you're attempting this via WiFi as well since a hardwired connection may not give this
message.). This is especially telling since you've already attempted to port forward.

At this juncture, I would recommend that you contact your ISP directly and enquire about what the best set up may be for the use of multiple consoles in one household as they would be further able to delve into the network hardware settings to best get you
set up.

It's possible that the network ports are getting congested with all of the Xbox's connected to the router but usually opening all of the Xbox Live ports and then forwarding them to your Xbox with the console's IP address should resolve the issue. Another
thing to note is that the UPnP protocol and port forwarding should not be done simultaneously since the UPnP should be doing all of the work connecting your Xbox to Live. Port forwarding is only an alternative if the UPnP is not being successful for whatever
reason.

What ports did you open and did you make sure to forward them to your Xbox's static IP address? You may need to disable UPnP for the ports to forward correctly.

The page isnt helpful as I said in the OP. When the error occurs, it says “You’re network isn’t setup.” Thats not one of the options that your page says should pop up. I also said already that I tried port forwarding.
