Cannot Extract Prismatic Core in Shifting Sands.

I have this issue in The Den (i think that is the name of the instance, mine is in portuguese), not to count that one of the prismatic cores can't be extracted in Slithering Sands after killing the K9s, no aim lock not even moving far or close enough to
keep the Extract tooltip active work and if you die and try to do it again you find yourself caged inside the force field it create and no monster to kill. Have to warp back to base.

I will go for a refund, the game is not good to be sold, resolution for ultrawide not working as it should, story progress stuck, some prismatic cores seem to not be extractable.

I am done with Windows Store crap, only the free ones will be game if ever any interesting.

FYI: I started an entirely new game, because I couldn't find a way to resolve this issue.

I installed the last four power robots simultaneously---perhaps this caused the problem?

Stuck here as well. 4 counters froze for me:

Cradle Robber, Find all hardware pickups in the Cradle: Stuck at 58%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

Exclusion Zoner, Find all hardware pickups in the Shifting Sands: Stuck at 58%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

Spelunker, Complete every dungeon once: Stuck at 50%, even though I've completed every dungeon and got all 4 chests in all of them. I have 82 prismatic cores.

Bargain Basin, Find all hardware pickups in the Lonely Basin after Pylon 512 is repaired: Stuck at 50%, even though I'm certainly over 90%

I waited to purchase this game until after the October 5th patch was released, as getting 100% completion is important to me. I'd like an approximate date for when these will be patched.
