Cannot download State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition. Error code: 0x87E00017

I've been attempting to download State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition (through game pass, I own the base game outright but can't find where to download that, either) on and off for the past few days, and I've tried basically everything I can find to resolve
this issue. My download gets stuck at somewhere between 5 & 12%, and will not continue from there. A few things I've tried:

Windows Refresh from ISO. I am not willing to fully reset windows any other way because it would be a massive trouble to re-download all of my downloaded programs.

wsreset.exe on the Windows Store

Clearing temporary files.

Restarting my computer (many times).

Waiting overnight to see if it clears up with time.

Updating all of my windows store apps.

Running the powershell commands I've seen around to uninstall and reinstall the windows store.

Turning off all firewalls.

This is only an issue with State of Decay 2, as far as I can tell- I can download other games from the store just fine. I am absolutely at a loss as to how to download this game?

Notably, this is a different computer from the computer I was using when I originally played state of decay 2, so there would not be a legacy download of the application.

Saw a tip to try to start the download through the browser. Attempted it- Didn't help.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having an issue downloading with the game State of decay 2. The Juggernaut edition was an update that converted the game. As you wont find the base game State of Decay 2 as it called Juggernaut edition
now. Here is a
link to the game on the Microsoft store. May want to reach out to the developers Undead labs also as it may be issue from their end.

Was able to finally resolve the issue by repeatedly resuming the download every time it errored. Took absolutely ages, and I resumed the download maybe twenty times. On the xbox (beta) app, the 'restart' button will eventually grey out- you have to use
the windows store. Was pretty miserable, but it's downloaded now.

Fully aware that the base game is not available. I have been attempting to download the Juggernaut edition, which I have access to through game pass.

It doesn't matter State Of Deacy 2: Juggernaut Edition is the only one you can buy/download. So you can search for either.
