    Cannot download Red Dead Redemption on Series S (game code)


    Ordered a digital code for Red Dead (X360 version) from Gamestop, got the code, and tried to redeem it on the website.

    When I try to do so, I get this message:

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code.

    The code is for US, which is where I and my Xbox are both located.

    Hey Manuela, sure thing. It was the Red Dead Redemption 2 deluxe edition for the Xbox one, not series x or s.

    Was able to redeem it on the console itself, the FAQ here is out of date and needs to be updated, as it doesn't make it clear it has to be on the console, and even links to xbox.redeem
