Cannot download my recently bought PC games nor can I see it in my libary

I just bought Halo Chief Edition and Halo 5 on X Cloud Gaming. But, it doesn't allow me to download it and doesnt appear in my Xbox Installer App Libary.

Check the purchases at http://account.microsoft.com to make sure you bought the PC versions of the games and not the console versions.

The XCloud versions are Xbox console versions of the game, so you have probably purchased the Xbox versions instead of the PC versions. Only Halo The Master Chief Collection has a windows version of the game. Halo 5 only has an Xbox version. to get a refund, you can get one from this page xbox.com/refund

i bought it from gamivo and i activated the code but i still didnt see it in my libary and it said xbox windows

It's not in my libary, but I can see the purchase in my order history on my Xbox one.

I also tried connecting it to my pc to see if my pc would even recognize it. When I connect it, I see the icon that states MASS Storage Device. But I cannot access the HDD nor see it's capacity.
