    Hi - apologies for interrupting - but I'd like to ask a question, which, at the moment I am frustrated about: If I am not at the correct site please redirect me to a helpful site:

    I bought Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, the Premium Deluxe Edition one in August 2020 - recently after the update I uninstalled it because it wasn't working and the Microsoft game icon was greyed out - and now I am trying to install it again from Microsoft store, from where i downloaded it in the first place - but I cannot and I am getting the following: "Something happened on our end" - apart from this I saved a copy of the MSFS2020 game folder to a usb drive and copied it back once more to the original place and still cannot download the digital ownership, which gives me the same "Something happened at our end". So now the game is unplayable and I've tried everything ZENDESK suggested, ZENDESK even re-routed me to Microsoft help page, and I tried everything they suggested over there, to no avail. To add more to this, after I bought MSFS2020 from microsoft store, I bought again the same game on DVDs - which i tried again to upload to my pc and still could not redeem my digital ownership on that, after I enter the key. So what's happening? is there a solution to my problem? Can anyone help?

    Sorry to hear that, let's see if we can solve this issue, but first answer the following questions :

    Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
    Is this happening only with flight simulator?
    May I know if you tried installing the game instead with the Xbox app and not the Microsoft store app?
    And tell me briefly what did you tried so far to fix this problem

    This is to avoid giving you the same troubleshooting steps

    Okay. Downloaded again same thing happened. I found it under My Games, when i tried to play it a box popped up saying Microsoft Store and inside it it said Cannot load Resident Evil 4. The game then disappeared from My Games and is listed as corrupt when
    I go to my storage. Weird thing is now I can't find it in the marketplace to re-download. What gives Microsoft? I paid money for a game that's only available through digital download, please let me download it and play it.

    Hey PCDUBAY, currently you cannot store discs to enable switching of games. Under Microsofts old plan this would have been allowed, but it was not popular. To do instant switching you would need to download games digitally from the Xbox Store

    Hey Mister Cizl. Thanks for the reply and to answer your question. The main game appeared in my list of owned games and I was able to download that but the DLC are still unavailable for download and I still cannot install the digital hardened edition from
    the store itself which is necessary to get the season pass needed to download the DLC. If I manage to install the digital hardened edition from the store (or if I find another way to install the DLC) I will post it here.
