Cannot download msc after uninstall, getting message.

Windows 6.3 build 9431 Was having the update available for the msc. Could not find update and then I could not open windows store or msc. Uninstalled msc and then cleared cashe for the store and now cannot reinstall msc. Get message, purchase error, this
app cannot be installed, your pc might not meet minimum requirements or out of date. Check windows update to make sure you have the latest updates. I have performed updates and am up to date. I have turned firewall off also. Restarted and still same issue.

Cannot uninstall game?

I cannot uninstall a game (far cry 4)

It lets me uninstall the DLC, when I try to uninstall the game the typical uninstall message appears but after that nothing happens, the game stays there yet I clicked uninstall (there were no error messages either)

Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition on Windows 10 broken

I had Microsoft Solitaire Collection (MSC) working well on a PC and two laptops with the same Microsoft Account. I then elected for the Premium Edition. Thereafter MSC ceased to work on all three machines. MSC opens for a few seconds then simply disappears.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. After a re-install, MSC works but only once. Once it is closed, thereafter it crashes after a few seconds ever time. I've tried the Apps Troubleshooter and run sfc.exe many times to no effect. This appears
to be a Microsoft problem so I guess I'll just have to wait for a patch to come out if ever. I'm thinking if I can go back to the Standard Edition it might solve the problem but there doesn't seem to be a way of doing that. If I uninstall MSC and re-install
it, it automatically goes to the Premium Edition. Howe can I go back to the Standard Edition?

Some have reported that some games downloads will get the 0x80070005 error if you are not currently running Xbox (Beta) or the Store as your system Administrator, while others say you have to specifically open the App as a local Administrator (as
in, a PC user not logged in to a Microsoft account) and only log in to Xbox (Beta) once it has opened. While neither of these methods fixed our particular issue, there certainly seems to be enough evidence around that the method may work.

To check your Administrator privileges or to sign in as a local administrator, head to Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info. There's an option to sign in as a local administrator here.
Warning — make sure you've saved everything you need to save, as this will log out the main user account.

To ensure that you are running the Store or the Xbox (Beta) App as an Administrator, search for either program in the Search bar, right click on the correct result and hit "Run as administrator". Allegedly, if you have managed to download and start the
affected games for the first time, you should be able to return to your normal account and continue playing.

After uninstalling the game because of multiple download errors I tried to reinstall it and constantly get the same message.

ok thank you BUT im still not seeing any MSC or MSP .... I know how much I have but still cannot use this ... please fix this so that my repaired console from XBOX is on the beta
