Cannot download Madden 19: Repair and Retry Error

Summarize your bug I'm trying to install the
game trial for Madden NFL 19 but cannot. When I click Download in the EA Access Hub app for Xbox One I receive an error message that reads: "Download Error, Repair and Retry" When I navigate to Madden NFL 19 in the Microsoft Store both on my Xbox One and in
my browser, I see a Buy button where I should see a "Try for free with your EA Access membership" message, as I do for other Game Trial games like Unravel Two.

I previously discussed this issue with an agent, my service request number is
[Mod Removed-Personal Service Request #]. They were unable to unblock me, and cited ongoing known issues with purchases on the store but did not go into more detail.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have confirmed that installing Madden NFL 19 digitally though the Microsoft Store is currently experiencing a technical issue that has been acknowledged and is currently being worked on.

We have been told to direct customer's experiencing this issue to contact Xbox customer support and formally report this problem since customer support should be taking cases for this and would follow up with you via email or callback until the issue gets
resolved internally.

Follow these steps in the support portal to lead you to the option to request a callback from support:

Contact us here
Select Xbox One
Select See other options.
Select Payment & Billing
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a callback from support
