    have checked teredo, nat is open, have uninstalled (because i can get it to *think* it's installed)/rebooted/attempted again numerous time.

    i can download all the dlc and every other game i own (that i've attempted to install, at least). no idea why this one's stuck.

    wired, ipv4 & 6, nat open, all services available.

    Causing my xbox to freeze. Can't shut it down can't do anything. If they fried our boxes I want a replacement and 1yr free of xbox live. Been a member for well over 10 years you guys are starting to act like ea games. You can't even call support because

    Only thing I can suggest is trying the following:

    Here are some things you can do:

    1. Do a “hard reset” of your console by holding the Xbox on button until you hear it switch off.
    2. Select “Stay offline”, and then attempt to manually connect to Xbox Live via the dashboard
    3. Set your console to “Instant On” in the console settings, and then do a hard reset
    4. Attempt to remove yourself from the Xbox One Preview Program (if you’re in it)
