Cannot download games series for gears of war

Hi there I cannot download the game series for the game gears of war which was according to the offer that when a gears of war ultimate edition is bought the gears of war series will be available to download on the xbox one. I have had no option to do this
download of the series. The offer was promoted on the packaging when i bought the game brand new

December 2013 Games with Gold

I downloaded Gears of War but not that other game. I've never played any of the games in the series, but I have heard some really good things about it. I love how we get free games every month

 

It does not work well

It does not work I have always problems with the store does not make me see the cost of xbox 360 games xbox one so I can not download them, even the games of game with gold. I purchased gears of war 4 and I can not download the codes of the games of the
gears of war xbox 360 series for xbox one

 

Well first the extra games were a limited time promotion you had to live in xbox live regions and not Germany China or Japan and be 17 and above plus play online before the end of last year

They were provided via a code

It is too late to get them as it expired

FYI if you saw an ad you will have to take it up with th retailer if it was after last year

Ms discontinued the ad awhile ago but it is upto third parties for non xbox ads

 

I have fulfilled all the criteria that you have just mentioned, I played the game online on the 28-10-15 last year so I did play online before the end. I am living in the uk so that is a xbox live region and currently I am 24 and last year was 23 so way
over 17.

 

would you know how the promotion codes were delivered to the gears of was players? whether it was through email or other means.
