Cannot download games on Microsoft Store

I don't have any other games but the same error message is given when I try to download other apps.

When I try to check for Windows updates I get the following error message:

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070424)

I'm sorry to hear the issue is still persisting. It seems that the root cause of the issue may be the Windows Update error. I suggest either downloading the Windows Update Troubleshooter to automatically detect errors and provide solutions, or you can follow

How to access the network settings in the Xbox Console Companion App:

1. Launch the Xbox Console Companion App
2. Sign in to the app with your Microsoft account
3. Select the gear icon on the bottom left of the app
4. Select Network

Hi, have you tried to clean the cache of your pc? this may work to fix some errors.

The problem is in the microsoft store. The Xbox app cannot see ms store. You will run all the games you have installed, but you will not download the game and application from ms store.
