    Cannot download game after purchasing from Xbox store


    Bought Tomb Raider: definitive addition and cannot download it at all. When I go to manage the game all I get is: check back in a bit. We’re having trouble getting your stuff right now. Tried power cycling my console while my external hard drive wasn’t plugged in to my series X. Any fixes?

    Please try to install the game remotely, for this you can use the next link, click on "install" and the download should start in your Xbox after a couple minutes

    You can also start the remote download using the Xbox mobile app
    Once you open the app go to the library section, then tap the game icon, tap on "install" and select your console

    Are you able to see the game in your Microsoft account order history?
