Cannot download Battlefield: Bad Company 2

My account is a US account. I created it when I was in the US. Now I am in Kuwait and I cannot download Battlefield: Bad Company 2 through Games with Gold. It seems that it is region locked. So can we know the list of all the region locked games so that
we do not get too excited when new Games for Gold get announced. Also shouldn't all people around the world get a free game? Microsoft has to take into account the region locked games and have an alternative option for people like me who do not live in the
US but have their console.

Reason for BF BC2 isn't working

On my hard drive I have the following files for BF:BC2:

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Title Update -14MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update - 283MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update #2 - 468MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Update #3 - 1.7GB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 Title Update #6 - 14MB

Battlefield Bad Company 2 LE Title Update #6 - 14MB

Dunno which ones are necessary but those are what I have.

You get a free game as long as your account region actually match your actual region

as per the rules of the terms of use and games for gold program

Your best bet I'd you want a rule of thumb no triple a titles or a lot of violence religious aspects or sensitive topics games
