    Cannot download any games via Game Pass


    I recently purchased the PC Game Pass Ultimate subscription as it was available for £1, unfortunately I've had nothing but issues for days. I want to download some games through it but every game I try I get the error code of 0x80073d0d. This error code isn't listed here so I can't find help on getting this sorted. Anybody got any ideas what the issue is and how to sort it? I've even tried uninstalling the Xbox app and reinstalling but no luck.

    Hi there,

    If your son is playing on your account's home console, he can play any of the games you download via game pass. He won't be able to download game pass games so if there is a game pass game he wants to play, you will need to log in and download the game(s).
