    Buen dia. No puedo descargar los titulos de gears of war 1 y 3 pese a tener el codigo desde el mes de diciembre , tengo los codigos pero me envia que tengo que cambiar de region y lo he hecho pero aun nada pido una solicion Por favor.

    I never recieved the code for donwload gears of war saga and i played Gears of war ultimate, also I bought Gears of war 4 and Its has the bonus game for download gears of war 1,2,3 and judgment, but I cant use the code for gears of war 1 and gears of war 3,
    please I need help ASAP.

    Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

    Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

    I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

    Gears of War

    Gears of War 2

    Gears of War 3

    Gears of War Judgment

    i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

    Sorry to hear about the issue with redeeming the codes. Have you tried the
    Prepaid Code Troubleshooting     guide yet? Sometimes that can help out. Where are you physically located currently? Does your account match the region? Is your console also connecting to Xbox Live within that region?

    Try to redeem the code on xbox.com
    HERE    . Generally we see this error if either your account doesn't match the region you're physically located in, or the region you're physically located in is not currently an Xbox Live Supported Country, which you can see the full list of supported regions

    I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.
