Cannot create a new game of Dragon Age Inquisition on EA PLay Via Xbox Gamepass

Just a windows 10 PC, sorry. I checked another EA Pass title/game and it played fine it doesn't make cloud saves. This feels like a problem I had on the witcher 3 , I had to go into my loads and delete them one at a time to make space. Except I cannot acces my loads in this scenario .(

In the end I created a new EA Play account and linked that to my xbox gamepass

No it didn't work. I will create a new microsoft and a new eaplay account then link them to play for a free month Dragonage Inquisition. Crazy steps to deal with a crazy scenario.

This happened only with Dragon Age inquisition via EA Play app?
Could you double check if you're receiving the same message on a different game?

Or if you have an Xbox Console, check there too?
