    Cannot contact warranty UK


    Cannot request callback. Phone number redirects to callback, cannot request service claim. This has been going on for two weeks. Not being able to request a warranty is illegal so if this continues we'll see if the cost of refund outweighs the cost of a suit.

    i would try and contact support, all electronic devices have 1 year warranty in the uk and therefore your controller is in warranty.

    In the UK it will have a 1 year warranty, you could try returning it to Argos to see if they will simply replace it. If not you may need to contact support.xbox.com to clear up the warranty issue and organise a repair.

    depending which country you are in you may want to check warranty, if in the uk you have 12 months warranty and should just contact PDP for replacement or take it back to the shop you purchased it from.

    As long as the second hand disc is without scratched it should work without any problems.

    And there is no reason why you should loose any progress, since that is save on the hard drive.

    You could also try to contact EA to see if they can replace the disc, some uk info about disc replacements can be found here:
