Cannot Contact Microsoft support. The automated system cannot help me.

Hi.

I have been trying to contact support for the past 3 days to no avail.

Long story short, My friend wanted me to play AOE 2 with him but he is on Xbox. So I get on the Microsoft store, create a new account in order to buy AOE 2 and do the crossplay, however I must have written my password down wrong, (which I did when creating the account) becuase it's wrong according to microsoft and I cannot reset the password as there is no number or other e-mail attatched to the account.

(yes I have tried to do the form that Microsoft bot system sends several times to no avail, due to no human actually looking at it most probably.)

Microsoft store let me create the account without attaching a security backup phone number or other e-mail... It did of course let me enter my card details and take my money.

Now I can't sign in to the Microsoft store and play online so I just wasted, a kind of needed £20 odd.

So I either need someone that can allow me access to reset my password

Thanks mate.

I found that number myself. All it does is lead me down a short rabbit hole, waste about 5-10mins of my time talking to a robot, that eventually tells me that support has moved online and hangs up on me.

If i could just talk to someone this could be sorted out in 5 minutes flat...

However its been almost 4 days

I want a refund for a game that I essentially cannot play becuase I cannot log in.

Or give me access to the account Im not bothered either way...

Just dont wanna let a huge corporation jsut to £25 off me for nothing really...

Unfortunately, after trying mojang I get the exact same automated email explaining a few ways to fix it with it saying that it cannot be unlinked as the main.

"If you are unable to find or login to the correct Microsoft account, please contact Microsoft Support here for further assistance, as we do not have access to their account management systems" this is the only real helpful thing but basically just redirects me back to Microsoft and back to square one.

I request support for the repair of my xBox , I think my warranty has expired . But I do not mind paying parea repair. My problem is I can no longer juagr with HDMI, before if he could , he spent one month and now can not. I have asked several times online
repair but when I put the second step ( exactly put my address ) sends me error , try again later , will this be why my Xbox is based in Spain ? and I am from Peru . Please help
