    Cannot connect XBox One Controller after failed updating driver


    Hello all. I have an issue with my XBox One Controller.

    I'm connecting my wired XBox One Controller to PC and updating the driver using XBox Accessories. But in the middle of the updating process, my connection suddenly lost because of the loosen cable and my PC can't recognize the controller anymore.

    Can I re-flash my controller or is there any other method? Thanks.

    Windows 10: Unable to detect Xbox one wireless controllers through USB

    Hi

    Previously using PS3 controllers connecting through SCPtoolkit.

    Decided to change and purchased Xbox one controllers however after several tries windows still unable to detect controllers.

    Suspected missing drivers.

    Tried a few troubleshoot methods but failed:

    Update windows

    Plug in and out

    Swopping USB cables

    Your help is appreciated.

    DESPERATE for help !

    for anyone with controller issues, this popped up in tonight's preview update.
    A fix to address an issue for users who find their controller will no longer connect via a wireless connection, and only works over USB. If this has occurred to you, after taking this system update, you will be able to connect your controller via a USB cable and wait a few seconds before unplugging it. This will recover your controller and you will be able to connect wirelessly. It is expected that subsequent controller firmware updates will fail. This will be addressed in a later system update.

    Same issue with the elite controller,

    sometimes i get to see the controller but cant use the config button

    I've already tried to update or delete the Xbox controller driver, but it is no use. And I also updated the Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator driver （cannot delete or restart this driver） and it does not work. I've already tried on three computers, two Win11 and one Win10, and it seems not to be Windows problem. When connected with USB cable, the controller works fine. The problem only exists when connected with Bluetooth.
