You can try to change your connection DNS.

Please, follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

I have tried all that, even spent over an hour talking to customer services last night

Would LOVE to find some information on Xbox Live. Purchased it last night, but we cannot access. 'The user profile cannot use Xbox online". No privacy settings are blocked and I've spent 3 hours online trying to get support. Any ideas?

Well it wasn't that, but last night I had a solid 8 hours connection. Woke up this morning, it connects to Xbox Live without being signed in, then I try to sign in and it tells me i Can't Sign In because a problem occurred while signing in?

Following last nights instructions my xbox live worked for an hour last night, i went to bed, woke up and it worked for an hour this morning and it is down again! any other suggestions?
