Cannot connect to support.xbox.com

I cannot connect to support.xbox.com. Only the loading animation shows up.

I have tried everything- Edge, Chrome, Firefox. I have tried private browsing modes on all of them. and I have cleared my cache/cookies every single time- I have even reinstalled windows.

I've enclosed a screenshot. You can see all the network requests complete successfully, so it is not my home network or firewall.

How do I connect to support.xbox.com?

Here's another screenshot- this time with Firefox and you can clearly see that the cache is disabled. All requests are new info, and they all complete.

So neither my cache nor my network, and it doesn't seem like the browser, is the issue.

Based on the last response you provided, it appears that you found a workaround that will help us with the issue. Just want to clarify, does the issue has been resolved after you did the steps you shared above?

Ok, I found the issue. The time on my Windows 11 machine was not set properly.

Unfortunately, I can't sync the time through the operating system itself, because this is another _known_ bug with Win11:

Steps to fix.

1) Ensure your time zone is set to the proper value.

2) Go to time.gov and find the correct time for your area

3) Uncheck 'Set Time Automatically" from the screen above

4) On the 'Set the date and time manually' row, click 'Change'

5) Set your time to the time shown on time.gov, a few seconds into the future.

6) When the actual time in seconds shown on time.gov matches what you have inputted, click 'Ok'.
