    Cannot connect to Support : Faulty Play and Charge Kit - HELPLESS


    I have received a faulty Play and charge Kit but unable to get support on that. I have tried communicating with Microsoft's / Xbox's Customer support teams but its just impossible. I tried calling the number on the website they just redirect my call to an
    automated foreign language message and it disconnects. Only once with great difficulty I got in touch with a Xbox Expert and I was redirected to a Specialist via Chat. I was assured response for the same in 48 hours but it's been over a month or so and still
    I am unable to even get in touch with anyone from the call or chat support team. I proved my product with relavant invoices and have a open case file number and there is no way of getting in touch with th team for a response leave alone a solution. What do
    I do in this situation?

    I had the official charging kit from Microsoft for my 360 and it hardly ever worked. I would plug it in after a heaving gaming session and it would light up green saying it was fully charged. So next I bought the Energizer charging station and it was awesome!
    So I got the Xbox One version of the Energizer charging station is still awesome and it comes with TWO rechargable battery packs and backs for two controllers!

    Try the battery back first. And in the thing still will not charge. Then go back charging kit. And that do not work. Then it the controller

    Since the USB port puts out a max of 5 volts at 1 Amp or less, it is highly unlikely it was an electrical shock. You touched metal and discharged static electricity most likely.

    Pretty hard to touch the metal part when it's plugged in or no need to. Never happened to me did hear of the problem before though
