Cannot connect to Sea of Thieves or any other Xbox Game on any of my PCs

I am unable to log in to Sea of Thieves without a VPN on either of my 2 PCs regardless of what account I use. It will only let me play when I connect a VPN, but then I have really high ping and cannot use voice chat. I thought this was an issue with my router so I replaced it, but the issues continue to happen.

There is something going on with Microsoft/Xbox not allowing me to connect to the Xbox Live Network and I have no idea what the cause is. I tried calling their customer service and they just kept patching me to other departments until I was sent to a Windows Rep who told me that you need to call Xbox...

Perhaps a Hacker has somehow messed with something making Xbox block my IP (even though I have a new router now). I have run out of ideas and done everything on my end to try and solve it or reach out for help.

Is this something as simple as port forwarding or is there something actually wrong?

Thank you, as the issue doesn't happen with a VPN this may be due to your ISP blocking the connections. Have you got in touch with your internet provider?

You could also test a different WiFi network such as a mobile hotspot to help isolate this issue. This may be helpful when explaining the issue to your provider.

The laptop has continued to be connected when looking at the Xbox Networking NAT Type and Server Connectivity. Teredo seems to be configured properly when looking at its settings on the command prompt, showing that it is qualified. Sea of Thieves will still not work.

I thought I'd see if any of the other PC Game Pass multiplayer games worked, so I downloaded Tetris and was able to use multiplayer without any difficulty.

So, I'm confused as to why the Teredo settings seem to be configured correctly, and I'm able to play one multiplayer game but not Sea of Thieves.

I don't use the cloud for any other games other than sea of thieves, as far as I can tell it's only been with sea of thieves. I normally join them instead of inviting my friend.
