    Cannot connect to parties on Xbox app for windows.


    Upon entering parties, I receive the message, " Your network settings are blocking party chat.". This issue only started appearing after a recent windows update. The weirdest part about it is, that It only happens when I have a lot of people in a party I
    invite or if I join a party. It will not say this if I invite 1 or 2 people, and will not for 3 but will after a while the error will pop up.

    I have an open NAT and have done all the fixes on the Xbox site for the issue.

    Cannot connect to Xbox app on Windows 10 (error 0x80048103)

    Hi,

    So i got an update for the Xbox app on W10 earlier today and since then, i just cannot connect to the service..

    I'm getting the following error: 0x80048103.. Cannot find anything about it on the internet.
    The problem is that without the app, i just cannot use any of my W10 games from the W10 store app.. First, i tried to reboot my pc, then, I tried to do a restauration, which failed with a error msg referring to something with the Xbox app.
    I uninstalled (with powershell) and reinstalled the Xbox app. I tried to login with another account, still getting the same error..

    The weird thing is that i'm connected to the Windows Store, the only place where i cannot connect to my account is on the Xbox windows app..

    Running latest vestion of windows (1607 - 14393.1066) and the latest version of the Xbox app (27.28.8007.00000).

    Hello Ported,

    No, you do not need to be streaming in order to use party chat. You can use party chat directly from the Windows 10 app.

    As regards Minecraft, unfortunately there the answer is no. You cannot at this time connect to people on Minecraft Xbox One from the Windows 10 version.

    I didnt even know there was a BETA version... I am playing on teh Xbox App that was installed with my Windows 10. It is version 11.11.19012.00000

    Randomly again today, My Xbox Finally is seen by the app and I was able to connect. Now The issue is Party Chat STILL does not work. I try to connect to multiple friends and each time it gives me "Your Network Settings are Block Chat [0x89231806]". Well
    my NAT settings are open and I can party chat fine from my Xbox... cannot connect to others on Xbox via the app.

    However I can tell that looks like the Xbox App on Windows 10 and that looks like the Network panel so I'm assuming there is connectivity issues to Xbox Live on the app.
