Cannot connect to online session. Teredo error(forza horizon 4)

Sometimes PC connect to network. However, almost no online sessions are available.

I tried all the Xbox guides but it doesn't work.

I'm using windows home edition.

Sorry to hear it. If you've tried at the steps here https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat then
it may be an issue with your service provider. You may need to contact them.

Otherwise you may need to try a fresh install of your Windows device

Hello, it's possible it's coming from your house.

Did you try to restart your internet router and unplug and then reconnect all your cables?

I had the same problem yesterday and this manipulation solved the problem.

A lot of people are having problems right now connecting to games and servers, it's not just you. It's very highly likely not a problem on your end. It's an issue on Xbox's end. There are many, many posts about this issue with games or downloads not working
right now. This is (in my opinion) due to so many people staying home right now and overwhelming the Xbox servers and services. Xbox has been having problems with several different core services being up and down and not working properly for the last 1-2 weeks,
and it's still ongoing as they try to deal with the high number of users on Xbox right now, as work places and schools are closed. So just rest assured, it's not just you. And it's not anything you may be able to fix. Just keep trying, and hopefully this problem
will be fixed very soon and downloads will work normally for everyone again.

Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?

Thanks for keeping us updated. We understand that you are experiencing a teredo error when trying to play Forza Horizon 4 online. Is this correct? Is this the only game with this issue?
