    Hello,

    This is really frustrating... I have an Xbox Live Gold account and it doesn't expire for 7 months. I tried to connect to Netflix but every time I try to connect to Netflix I get a screen that says "Upgrade to Xbox Live Gold" and it only gives me two options.
    One to upgrade to gold or switch profiles. If I click on Upgrade it doesn't do anything. When I click Switch Profiles I only have one account. I tried resetting my router, deleting and downloading my profile, deleting and downloading Netflix app and Clearing
    My Cache...

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I was watching Netflix and suddenly I was thrown out of live. Now I cannot connect.

    Cannot connect to Netflix. Error code R3000. Anyone else have this happen. I have done all recommended troubleshooting from both Microsoft and Netflix. I called netflix and they blamed it on Microsoft. I contacted a customer service rep from xbox and was
    about as much help as netflix.

    Can you connect to onlinie multiplayer with your account? If you can, there might be an issue with the Netflix app not detecting your Gold membership. If this is the case, you'll need to get in touch with Netflix support.

  5. Hello. I apologize ahead of time if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I'm having trouble connecting to Netflix using the app on XBOX ONE. It's claiming that there's a problem with my last payment, however, not only can I connect to my Netflix
    account from other devices, XBOX isn't even getting me to the login screen so how would it know if there's an issue with my account before I even login? This has happened before and usually the solution is to unplug the system and wait 30 seconds (highly annoying).
    That hasn't worked this time and neither has re-installing the application. Any suggestions or support would be appreciated.
