Cannot connect to internet, Hardware problem, DHCP

Thanks for the feedback Paul, in such cases I suggest that you contact the assistance of your internet service provider, because if the device cannot connect to DHCP, it will not be possible to connect to the internet.

DHCP is the "program" inside the router that provides ip addresses, dynamic to the home network, and there may be some error with the firmware of the device, or with the device itself.

Because you can't DHCP is the only way you can connect.to the internet

When you get an dhcp error it means it isn't connecting to your router or isp

Contact your isp for.help

You can't use static ip if you aren't connecting to your router

It is the dhcp server in your router that hands you your ip including static

Your isp.will help you with connection problems

It is most likely a problem with the DHCP server in which that there aren't anymore IP addresses to give and therefore your xbox cannot connect. Basically there isn't anymore space on the network. If you know someone who knows about handling DHCP ask them,
if not reply back. ( I am a server admin running various DHCP Servers). From what you said this seems to be the problem. Hope it helps!

Well I'm trying to connect to the internet and then its says couldn't connect to the internet hardware problem

Xbox now using wired connection and now message says cannot connect to your dhcp server ??????
