cannot connect to halo wars 2, halo 5 servers for multiplayer during the day!

can anyone help? or is this happening to you? as for i cannot connect to the halo wars 2 and halo 5 multiplayer servers during the day, up until around 9.30-10pm that they both work perfectly. which this is very annoying as other games such as battlefield
4 work online during the day. completely fine! any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be greatly wonderful!

Attention, error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians Service

I'm having a problem where I cant connect to only halo services such as halo 5 customization of my account and accessing the halo channel and I can play any other multiplayer game such as titan fall just fine. On halo 5 I cannot connect to servers and the
halo channel it says I don't have halo services and I cant read the daily message of the day and this problem has been occurring since December of 2015

Hello, i have been playing Halo with my friends since (I think) 2004. We play only multiplayer (against each other) on a split screen, 4 persons. We went to the store today to purchase Xbox One + controllers + Halo 5 or Halo Wars 2 only to find out we cannot
play multiplayer (not live) mode on a split screen on none of the two newer Halo games. Is that true? Will there be a fix to that for us traditionals? Thanks ..
