Cannot complete repair request for Xbox series x console.

My Xbox series x is useless right now and the troubleshooting steps lead me to "send your device in for repairs" so that's what I'm trying to do and it keeps telling me "Unable to purchase the order at this time, please try again." I'm using chrome, but I've also tried firefox thinking it would help, but same problem.

My repair order has been stuck at the 2nd stage where it says my new console is on its way. Its almost been a month now even after phoning support, they said they will contact me back. This was a week ago still havnt heard a thing

I've got the exact same issue except it's for my Xbox Series X. Cannot progress past the shipping address section, "next" button does nothing! I've tried different browsers and still the same result. Unable to request repairs for Xbox under warranty!
