    Cannot Complete a Purchase


    I've been having the exact same issue. Tried buying a game a few days ago and gave me error. I'm trying to download a Games with gold game which is free and still having the same error.

    Support told me before that it may be due to my location, which is stupid since i've been buying games with no issues at all until now.

    Purchase cannot be completed

    I am a gold member and trying to get Assassin's creed 3 for several days. But it always says “Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.”. Don't know what is going on. Please help me figure it out.

    I am having similar problem here. I have taken to the next step by contacting the Microsoft Customer Service Support. First they claimed that they had problem processing the payment via PayPal and requested me to add a credit card to the account, which I
    could not comprehend why. I added the credit card to my account anyway but till now, I am still not able to complete the purchase. Does anybody know how can I escalate this issue so that it gets appropriate attention?
