Cannot claim Microsoft Rewards points

Discus and support Cannot claim Microsoft Rewards points in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have completed the challenges for 2 quests now and it wont let me claim the points after clicking the button in app. How do i get this to work?...     I have completed the challenges for 2 quests now and it wont let me claim the points after clicking the button in app. How do i get this to work?

    As the image shows, the last circle is still grey even after clicking on the last box for the points.

    So it's on the punch card and the last one wont even highlight as done. When I hit "A" it's like the page reloads and that's it. Is that still common?

    I got the same issue here. When clicking on "Claim your points" it goes back to the other screen and the circle stays unchecked.
