    Cannot change Xbox profile picture


    Hello, so ive been trying to change my xbox profile picture and i just keep getting a message that says “sorry, we cannot upload the picture right now. Try again in a little while.” And its been like this for about a month or so now. My profile picture
    at the moment is from an anime, and it doesnt violate any guidelines. So i dont really get whats going on.

    Is there anyway to roll back the change then? I don't remember seeing anything about this anywhere, if I would have known this then I wouldn't have changed it. That's a bummer..

    Changing to custom pictures is not allowed. If the previous picture was also a custom picture, that service is still suspended with no ETA on it being reinstated.
