    Cannot change Xbox Live Privacy Settings and cannot log into Xbox on Xbox Site


    I have no clue why, but every time I try to change privacy settings on the Xbox Site, I just keep getting redirected to the "Change your child's Xbox Privacy settings"

    The thing is, I'm not in a Microsoft Family, and every time I click the Xbox Settings link I just get redirected to the same page, and I cannot find any settings link on the Xbox site.

    If anyone knows what I am doing wrong, help would be appreciated.

    In addition, every time I try to log in to the Xbox site, I just get redirected the main Xbox Site with no option to log in, and it is really ticking me off.

    Sometimes it doesn't even let me sign in, the button just doesn't do anything

    Hello Rednax,

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to change your
    online safety or privacy settings.

    Is the account a child account by any chance? If the account was set to a birthdate that would have made the account younger than 18 years old, it would need to reach the graduation date (the date that the account turns 18) in order for these settings to
    be adjusted.

    If you play on an Xbox One console, you can attempt to follow our troubleshoot changing online safety or privacy settings
    on Xbox One     support article for a direct guide on changing these settings.
