    Hi,

    I had a subscription associated with the UK and moved country. I have changed my region on my profile etc but for some region I keep getting error messages to change my region. I have tried contacting microsoft directly but just keep getting error messages instead of anybody actually calling me back. Any advice greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for this. Yes I have since done this above migration process advised by others here and received confirmation that I have successfully migrated but still get the error message

    Changing the website or store region does NOT change the region of your account
