    i changed the region on xbox one console and in my account setting (i have migrated), also billing address is for the region i choose, still the same message "Sorry

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    G'day Sandreas! Just to make sure I understand, are you still seeing a US billing page after migrating your account's region

    with the steps here    ? Once the account is fully migrated to the UK, you should have the option of using UK billing information.

    If you are unable to
    change your Xbox Billing Information     following the steps on that page, then I do not think it will be possible to change it to your region until your region is supported.

    Got $20 on Microsoft account and cant buy NOTHING

    wait your in Ecuador but your billing address is USA that would be why you cannot download certain stuff as a lot of content is region locked. the regions of your account, console, and physical address have to be all the same or you will run into errors.
    there is no way to force it to work.
