Cannot buy ingame currency

I cannot purchase ingame currency in Sea of Thieves for some reason. When I click "Purchase Ancient Coins", an empty popup window appears. I have already contacted SOT support, they told me to go here. Cannot find any appropriate support here though. Any
ideas?

Windows 10 is up to date. Also, you can try performing
a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results!

A quick restart of your console may alleviate your issue.

Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.

Might want to provide a bit more info. Is this on console or PC? If PC it could be a java issue with the window being blank. Are you doing this inside the game itself on the SOT site or thru the MS store?
