    Hello all,

    I just got 1 month of Ubisoft + and I was trying to buy Valhalla Cmplete edition as it is on sale but I get an error message that I already own the game...

    Now, I wanted to buy the game so that I can cancel my membership but it seems that it does not let me do that... Am I doing something wrong? (obviously a timing issue too, my membership finishes on Jan 17th, Sale on Valhalla finishes on the 2nd....)

    Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned, I am on XBox Series X.

    I do have access to the game but through my Ubisoft + membership which I am not planning to keep forever. I wanted to buy the game during the sale so that I would own the game (like you can do on Gamepass) and therefore I would be able to play the game once I cancel my Ubisoft + membership.

    First of all, please verify that your subscription purchase appears as completed through your account order history:

    Also confirm that the subscription appears as active and with an expiration date at the following link:

    If everything appears in order in the two links that I shared with you previously, do the following:

    Please try syncing your account licenses on your Xbox console using the following procedure:

    1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

    2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

    3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

    4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

    5. Then add the account back to your console so that all your profile information is downloaded again, it won't take long.

    6. Check if your subscription already appears as active on your console.

    Likewise, check that you are logging into the correct Microsoft account that originally purchased the subscription since there is a possibility that you are using a different one.

    I am very sorry for the problem you are experiencing, I suggest you follow the steps recommended by Ubisoft to resolve this problem, below:

    Locate your installed games on Ubisoft Connect PC:

    If you installed a game through a different launcher, you may need to locate the installation folder on Ubisoft Connect PC. This will cause the desktop app to launch the game from that install location when you select Play.

    To locate the installation folder on Ubisoft Connect PC:

    • Open Ubisoft Connect PC.

    • Go to the Games tab and select the one you want to locate.

    • Choose Locate installed game under the button on the left side of the screen.

    • Select the installation location and choose OK.

    You will then be able to start the game through Ubisoft Connect PC.

    If the game does not appear on Ubisoft Connect PC, try the following steps:

    Check if it has been redeemed to another Ubisoft account:

    If the game has been redeemed on another Ubisoft account, it will not appear in the current account's library.

    If you have another Ubisoft account, use it to log in to Ubisoft Connect PC and check if the game appears in that account's library.

    In some cases we may transfer ownership between Ubisoft accounts.

    Find the game in the Hidden section of your library:

    Ubisoft Connect PC allows you to hide games in your library.

    If the game is not showing up on Ubisoft Connect PC, check out the Hidden section of the Games tab.

    Empty the Ubisoft Connect PC cache folder:

    Emptying the cache folder will help you improve the performance of Ubisoft Connect PC.

    After clearing the cache, restart Ubisoft Connect PC and check if the game appears in the library.
