    Cannot Buy 12 Month Live


    So, It said I was past due for a payment, but I had cancelled reoccurring payments (subscriptions). I had gone to buy the 12 month, but my account said I owed 9.99, which only gave me 1 month. Which, I do not want to do. I'm unable to add more months as
    well, it won't let me switch from 1 month to 12, how do I fix this?

    first you have to pay the past due, then you can add more months.

    Xbox Live. GOLD.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.
