    Hi I am trying to puchase the deluxe Java edition of Minecraft for my son. The website tells me it asks for approval, but I am not getting any email or text requesting approval. Can someone help with this?

    I am sorry to hear that.

    To address the immediate issue, please, temporarily turn off the Ask to Buy option and ask your child to attempt the purchase again.

    Sign in to your Family page with an adult Microsoft account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    Find the child's name and select More options > Spending.

    Under the Ask to Buy section, switch Needs organizer approval to buy things to Off.

    You can switch it back on right after.

    Hello, the use of a VPN is not authorized by Microsoft. You should assume that since your console is PAL and you are trying to download content that is mean for NTSC it will not work. You cannot purchase content on XBOX Live since the region you are in does
    not have that content supported.
