Cannot ask for XBox One Controller support

I'm using the Italian Customer Care. It says 0 online agents and phone call "currently" not available. Since 1 month... I think this is quite unfair.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with your controller. If you are going to

device support and serial number says invalid. The only other option is to request a call from support and they can assist in setting up a repair/replacement.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

If your controller has never been sent in for repairs you may be eligible for a one time out-of-warranty repair. You'll need to contact support for more help with this.

If they cannot help then there are places online that you can purchase rubber grips from to put on to your controller.

the xbox account and the microsoft account are one in the same, if you cannot access that email then you need to contact support. be prepaired to be asked a lot of questions to verify ownership.

Actually, USB 3 is not nessisary for the One controller as it works just fine on my PC in a 2.0 port. The WiFi is different though that's true. The OP isn't asking for One controller support on 360, they're asking for One controller design for 360.
