    Cannot add money to my account


    Despite multiple efforts and many reads, I continue to be unable to add money to my sons account. The system sends me in a circle, allowing me to choose an amount, but never taking me to choose my payment option. This is a first for us. Please advise.

    Help kids shop responsibly by adding money to their Microsoft accounts, so they can buy what they want, without spending too much.

    • Go to account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • Find your child’s name and select More options >
      Spending > Add money and follow the instructions.
    • Turn on Ask a parent to help avoid surprise spending when your child uses credit cards: Find their name, select
      Content restrictions, then switch Needs adult approval to buy things to
      On.

    Just so you know I was able to add my card directly and make the purchase through Xbox. it worked fine.

    Just can't do it here.
