Cannot activate Xbox Live Gold or use codes

Every time I try the "Redeem a Code" option within the Xbox One, it just endlessly loads.

I try to get the $1 discounted month of Xbox Live Gold, doesn't work, more loading.

I try to activate via the Microsoft Store in Windows 10, more endless loading.

I try to activate via the browser, tells me to use another application.

I finally seem to activate it on the Windows 10 Xbox App, and even though it accepted the code, I still don't see Gold in my active subscriptions in the Xbox One Settings or the Microsoft Site here. I can only see it active in the store. I still can't play
online though.

The whole thing is one big frustrating joke, I swear.

Netflix

Make sure you have Xbox Live GOLD. You cannot connect to netflix without it. Second, have you activated your netflix account thorugh xbox. Go to Xbox and get the activation code and using the activate code, activate your account

Error code is displayed when trying to use a pre paid Xbox Live subscription code when your Xbox Live gold is still in effect. You must wait for the subscription period to end before you can use the code. Pre Paid subscription codes cannot be used to extend
an Xbox Live subscription, only activate it

Same issue with the codes myself. Had to activate the codes directly on Microsoft.com. Wanted to buy Fallout 76 before the Cyber Monday sale ends in about an hour but no luck. Called Customer Service about 3 hours ago and they were not aware of an issue.
They had me remove and reinstall my profile When that did not work, they wanted me to do a factory reset. Really? I did not because that would cause me to have to redownload all my games. I loaded $30 worth of gift cards to purchase a game that goes off
sale soon. Noe I can’t purchase anything. Starting to get feed up with Microsoft and will probably spend more time playing my Playstation 4 Pro and Nintendo Switch. Playstation has better and more frequent sales.... and you can make purchases without issues.
Taking a break from everything Microsoft because I’m tired of contacting them about issues and them taking ownership of their jen issues.

What really sucks is that Microsoft did not extend the Cyber Monday sale due to their issue and I was unable to purchase Fallout 76 on sale. Will not be buying anything on the Xbox store for a while. Used that money for Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch
games. No issues buying games on their sites.

 

Go to setup and then subscriptions and see them from the console
