    Cannot activate Minecraft explorers pack for children


    I have bought Xbox One Minecraft with Minecraft explorers pack. I entered the code to Microsoft store and see the pack in my account in Minecraft, but the children do not see it. Why they can play Minecraft,
    but cannot use this add-on? The add-on is useless for me, I have bought Xbox for children, I do not play Minecraft.

    Minecraft wont give me the explorers pack free but i have the required hours of playing to get it.

    Minecraft will not let me have the explorers pack for free even though i have fulfilled the requirements. Can anyone help?

    Difference between Micecraft Packages (Xbox One)

    Hi there!

    I'm about to buy Minecraft Bedrock for my son (Xbox One), but it looks like there 3 versions or packages:

    • Minecraft Master Collection
    • Minecraft with Explorers Pack
    • Minecraft (Regular version)

    Looks like the issue is the code was redeemed on the wrong account. The best way to get this squared away would be to

    game share     as posted on our website. Give that a shot and let us know how it goes!

    It is already a home console and children can play 2 Minecraft games for which I redeemed codes on my account but they cannot use Explorers pack add-on. Only I can see it in my account.

    Not all Content is shareable. Things like cosmetic items like the explorers pack are usually locked to the account that purchased them or redeemed the code

    Then it is useless to include such products into bundles with Xbox, otherwise there should be a warning, that the bundle can be used for only 1 person, which would hugely reduce the buyer audience.

    The team who makes this decisions would be the developers. They do have
    multiple forums     available for this type of situations, get in contact with them maybe there's more they can do!
