Cannot activate Gears of war 1 and 3

Hello,

I got some prepaid codes for gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgement.

I already activated Gears of war 2 and judgement, they worked fine.

But i cannot seem to activate gears of war 1 and 3.

On my xbox one S console i get the following error:

"You can't acquire this item in your currently selected language. Change your language region in Settings or go to microsoft.com//redeem."

I talked to the live chat support and the guy there told me that the problem is because i am physically located in Romania, although my account region is set to US.

He said that the code should work for US, indeed.

What can i do to get the games activated? I already tried changing the regions and the language in every side of the account website and in the console itself, no luck.

Here are the same problems.

Only Gears of War 3 and Judgment is possible to activate.

Gears of War 1 and 2 not

 

Cant redeem all the codes of Gears of War 4

Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

I got the Gears of War 4 with 4 codes for the titles

Gears of War

Gears of War 2

Gears of War 3

Gears of War Judgment

i managed to redeem only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgment. Why?Cannot redeem code of Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. Some games, such as Gears 1 and 3, are not available in all regions. Even changing the region of your account will not work as they cannot be downloaded to locations they were not originally
intended for.

I'm afraid that if you want to play those 2 games you'll need to purchase the disc versions for them.
