    Cannot activate FXNOW on Xbox360


    I Cannot activate FXNOW on Xbox360. I receive an activation code from the app and use fxnetworks.com/activate to go through the activation process. I sign into my carrier Verizon FIOS and receive the success message; but the app never continues further.
    It is suppose to recognize that the activate code has been authenticated. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

    Have to re-activate apps a lot

    How is it that apps like FXNOW, Starz and most other tv type apps continually lose their activation? This is really annoying to have to jump out to the internet and re-activate these apps. The FXNOW one is particularly annoying since the website you have
    to go to seems to be really buggy. Half the time my service provider doesn't show up in their list, even though I've activated the app many many times.

    FxNow app

    When I go to activate the FXNow app on my Xbox One, I receive an error message saying Brookwood Retirement community does not currently have access to the FXNow app. The funny thing is I never selected Brookwood Retirement community; I selected Cincinnati
    Bell Fiioptics, and Brookwood is the option in the drop down box above Cincinnati Bell... and yes I am sure that the dozen different times I have tried I have selected Cincinnati Bell Fioptics, it even says my selection until I hit enter. I have also sent
    emails to the FXnow app support (with no replies) I would really like to use this app but am unable too. The Parent company FoxNow app works great.

    Have you tried reaching out to FX or your cable provider for trouble with the activation process? Unfortunately the activation isn't on our side, the app and cable provider will your best point of contact for this.

    FX Network support and see what's going on with that content error.

    I found it confusing at first too, you have to hit the menu button to find options to view "all shows" inside of that app...it's a pretty stupid layout if you ask me...this is of course after you authenticate the app.
