    Cannot access ultimate edition upgrade for diablo 4


    I purchased 1000 platinum for diablo 4 through the ingame store, which is displayed in my order history, I used it to purchase the ultimate edition upgrade via the in game store the platinum has been spent but I don't have access to the ultimate edition!!!!

    Thats not how it works

    @op

    Ultimate is just the regular edition NOT seperate downloads

    You can only access the mounts after act 4 and cosmetics for your player is accessed in wardrobe and warcraft 3 and Diablo perks are in each game attached to your battlenet account not a seperate downloads

    Season perks lime tier skips can only be accessed on the seasonal server not eternal

    Please try the steps below to refresh the contents of your profile.

    Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    When you're finished, select Close. Power off the console for 1min. Power on the console then click Gamertag pic

    Select >Add New>

    Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

    Once you are done with that, launch the game and check if you have all the add-ons included in the Ultimate edition. Other contents in the bundle require progress through the story.

    There will be no "DLC" to upgrade Diablo 3 Classic into Reaper Of Souls. You have to completely buy over the original 4 Acts with the ROS updates via the Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition.
