Cannot access The X Files on my 360, only on my laptop?

I am having an interesting situation here.

"The Complete X Files seasons 1-10" that I purchased in 2017 is "no longer available to me" according to the Xbox live chat assistant. My laptop tells me that all 217 episodes are there, but my 360 only gives me 25 random episodes. Only The X Files
are affected, all my other shows are there. I have cleared and re-downloaded my profile and TV and Movie App multiple times, and cleared caches many times. Any help?

the support assistant suggested "that i buy it again (later refunded) which i did and now i have two bundles with the same situation. 25 different episodes for each bundle. all purchased through my 360.

As we have already stated in your
original thread, we cannot further assist you with this matter as much as we would like to and you will need to continue finding a resolution with customer support. We do not have the proper tools to investigate billing issues, licensing issues, or account
issues. If there is indeed a problem with the coding in the digital seasons of X-Files in the Xbox 360 Marketplace, then you will need to report this issue with customer support because like I mentioned before, we don't have the proper tools to report issues
with the services.

I Have been in contact with Xbox support, they told me that the series previously purchased was no longer available to me. My laptop shows all episodes are there, just not accessible through my 360. Only "The X Files complete seasons 1-10" affected?

i spoke with someone who told me to follow some steps that i have already tried. after that for me to try and repurchase it. which i also already did. and i now have two different bundles of The X Files that i only have partial access to.
